ABOUT THE CONGRESS

Since 2014, CAM-CCBC has promoted the Congress annually, aiming to address the present and the future of arbitration, which is the most widely used method for resolving complex commercial disputes.

Traditionally, the event tackles practical aspects of arbitration and its most relevant challenges. Renowned professionals from several nationalities discuss the evolution of arbitration and complex disputes in a constantly transforming commercial scenario.

The twelfth edition of the CAM-CCBC Arbitration Congress, held in October 2025, had over 600 participants and 36 speakers, divided into 5 panels and 2 keynote lectures. The program was specially designed to foster quality debate and networking.

Each year, the generous contribution of speakers, sponsors, institutional supporters, and the active engagement of attendees ensure the success of the CAM-CCBC’s Arbitration Congress.
